Gateway International Montessori School is proud to announce a special educational initiative for our Early Years students 15th Of March 2026.
Early Years Reading Session on Body Boundaries & Safety
The Pastoral Care Department, under the leadership of Mrs. Menna Afifi, is pleased to host an exclusive student reading session with Dr. Rana Hany, a leading specialist in child protection and abuse prevention.
Dr. Rana is the Founder of the “مش حاجة عيب” initiative for child safety and body boundaries awareness, and the author of the award-winning book دائرة الأمان.
About the Session
In this interactive and age-appropriate reading session, Dr. Rana will read from دائرة الأمان to our Early Years students, introducing key concepts such as:
Body ownership and personal space
Understanding personal boundaries
Recognizing safe and unsafe situations
Learning how to confidently seek help
The session is carefully designed to suit young learners, using storytelling and simple language to build awareness in a nurturing and supportive environment.
