Fees Terms & Conditions

Tuition fees are a total annual expense payable regardless of how long the student is absent from school, or conditions that may require school closure or delay for security/health conditions.

The Tuition fees include books and school activities.

•    Parents can pay the Tuition fees in 4 installments
•    The 1st installment is considered a reservation fee for the following scholastic year. Any delay in payment past the deadline will result into not enrolling the student for the following scholastic year.
•    New enrolled students pay the first installment upon registration, then follow the payment of the remaining installments on specific, agreed/upon dates.
•    For re-enrollment for the next academic year the amount of 5000 EGP should be paid by May 1 st , as a place reservation, to be deducted from the 1 st installment.

Payment of Full Tuition Fees
•    Parents who pay in June the whole tuition fees, will enjoy the full payment Discount. The deadline is from June 1 st to June 30 th. 
Tuition Fees paid over 8 months & installments
•    The annual tuition fees can be paid over 8 months starting May to December. The 8 installments will be equally paid over the 8 months. This means that in May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December the payment will be of the same amount, covering the full payment of the annual tuition fees in December.

Refund policy
In case the parent requests withdrawal, his/her payment will be dealt with as follows:
•    1500 EGP assessment fees and 10000 EGP registration fees are not refundable.
•    The Full amount of the 1 st installment will be deducted or asked to be paid, if the parent withdraws after the 1 st day of the academic year (Student didn’t attend the school at all), which, as the Egyptian Ministry of Education stated, is on September 15 th .
•    60% of the tuition fees will be deducted or asked to be paid, if the parent withdraws before the end of trimester 1.
•    100% of the tuition fees will be deducted or asked to be paid, if the parent withdraws at the beginning of trimester 2.
