Dr. Talal Ghannam is a physicist, author, comics creator, and artist. His book The Mystery of Numbers: Revealed Through Their Digital Root (2011, 2012) explores the physical world through numbers and geometry. Passionate about history and comics, he taught himself to draw, blending both in The Chronicles of Maroof the Knight: The Byzantine. His latest work, Philomath, co-authored with Robert Grant, delves into math, geometry, and art.

With years of experience in academia and international institutions, she has shaped her passion for writing through her profession.

Ms. Rania Abdel Aziz is a renowned Speech & Language therapist, co-founder of Etwasel Egypt for children with developmental challenges, and founder of Hope & Beyond – Parent House platform on social media. She supports Arab families worldwide in raising children with developmental challenges. Her book Oh Hamza, inspired by her nephew, simplifies the concept of acceptance and inclusion. Through a heartwarming narrative, the book encourages young readers to understand that everyone is unique and has their own way of expressing themselves.

Mr.Abdelghani Karamallah is one of the most prominent voices in Sudanese literature. His unique storytelling style blends magical realism, daily life, and folk traditions, creating deeply spiritual and humanistic narratives.Notable Works: Adam and the Box of Wonders: A novel that takes readers on a journey between dreams and reality, exploring philosophical reflections on human existence. Carnivals of Childhood: A short story collection celebrating childhood innocence, infused with folk tales and simple yet profound storytelling. The River Sings, the Waves Dance: Texts reflecting the author's spiritual vision, merging imagination with reality. Karamallah is not just a novelist but a contemporary storyteller reshaping Sudanese folk narratives in a modern literary context.

Congratulations to our talented students for their well-deserved success! Their hard work and commitment have placed Gateway International Montessori School among the top-ranked schools globally in teaching Chinese as a second language, which is an extraordinary milestone.

We are incredibly proud to announce that the results have been officially released, and five students from Gateway, Egypt, have earned Certificates of Achievement for their participation in the writing workshop. Additionally, students from schools across the globe have also been recognized:

The worldwide ranking institution has officially announced the 2025 rankings for schools teaching Chinese as a second language, and the results are as follows:

1. Motai School, Australia – 1st Place

2. Toronto Mandarin School, Canada – 2nd Place

3. Gateway International Montessori School, Egypt – 3rd Place

4. Cloudberry School, USA – 4th Place

The Certificates of Achievement and accompanying prizes for our Gateway students are sponsored by the Chinese embassies in cooperation with Peking University and the Peking government. Each embassy (in Egypt, Canada, Australia, and the USA) will distribute certificates and prizes to the schools in their respective countries.
